Our special kids class has been running for over two years now and is held usually the last Sunday of the month at 10am. It is a fairly free form class with use of various pieces of equipment such treadmills, bikes, steppers as well as boxing equipment and a small climbing wall. At the end of class a game is played which gets them running. It is free for the participants and we usually have close to one on one students to helpers. We have six year old’s and 18 years old’s and in between as well. If you know of anyone who would benefit from some exercise in this way let them know please.
