My apologies to the 16 Black Shirts that I have not yet added to the honour board. We have now graded over 200 people to black shirt in the last 20 years since i started the black shirt program so averaging 10 a year but obviously now alot more per year than when we first started. Our Black Shirt is not meant to be impossible to achieve or the pinnacle of training but a well timed achievement that needs training and preparation for and hopefully gives the student lifelong self defense skills.
I found the featured piece of wood in Bourke and thought what an awesome honour board. It will be too heavy for the front wall so I will arrange the entry stairs so people will see your name on entry or exit. I imagine because of impending development in the area that this will probably be the last honour board but i reckon we will get at least 100 names and if it fills up we can flip it over and do the other side as well.
