Alex is 18 years old has mild autism and has been a regular at our Sunday 10am exercise class. He made me a card on our last class for 2019 on Sunday 2nd December 10am and it just makes me so proud that I can offer free classes to those with special needs as well as our broad range of able bodied classes. Parkinson’s NSW have been running a class here for the past year as well, again I offer the space for free. Being well established and with the continued support of our members, allows us to do these classes and other things to support the community at large and builds spirit and love into what we do even if we are mostly punching each other in the face !
