I recently attended an information night for the proposed development for accross the road. It includes plans for some 2000 apartments and shopping precinct. The DA proposal will not be entered till June 2025 and development after approval will be 7 years to completion. As part of the proposal a small park will run from the corner of Queens Rd and William St to Spencer st and hard to say from the plan but probably comes to near us. This park will be returned to council as a public park.
